Designed by Messana O’Rorke on the brief that a client wanted ‘a room to get away from it all’, this simple an unused water tower soon became a stunning urban hideaway.
It began when someone decided to take a different view on increasing the amount of space he had by purchasing the right to this water tower for 99 years. Instead of filling it with the same old very day stuff he decided to transform it into a functional and liveable space for relaxing, reading and listening to music. It is another example of the fantastic tale of old useless building to man cave.
OK, now you might not live in New York, or even own a water tower but you can have your very own hideaway in the garden with one of our spectacular ranges of garden summer houses.
